Wow.... that completely transported me back to Leysin. It was well before my day and it made me curious about the founders. I arrived in the late 70's with DAve and Joanne and Allan. Hmmm it has my head spinning with memories.

What a great movie! I did not arrive until 1973, but this was great fun to watch. By 1973 we were rockin and rollin at the Vag!

In 75 I worked bar/DJ for the winter season. What ever happened to Stan Marshall who created all those great drinks posters? I was Kim Court back in my youth and I have great memories of the Vag. My introduction to salted popcorn just one. I served Dougie Haston at the bar with that great punch card system; all great times. Love to hear from anyone who remembers that time.

This brings back the memories - I was there teaching skiing in 1970-71 at Solacyre, and returned and saw Allan Rankin in 1976. I remember a spagetti fight in the kitchen at a Vag building. Names I remember: Tom Arnett, Kathy ? I'm planning a nostalgia trip to Leysin - yes, still skiing - in late January 2010 and wonder does anyone know of a good Vag-like place to stay? (Perhaps not with 25-year-olds!)
