After various discussions, the family has decided to have the ashes buried in the Leysin graveyard.

I first went to the Club V in 1964, worked for the village at the chalet at the top of the ski hill (la Bernouse?)for the winter of 64-65. Visited with Alan Rankin in 85 when in Europe on business. Myself and two friends dug the basement foundation for a Chalet not far from the Club V in the direction of the Nid d’Aigle. It was the year that “Rog” Findlay arrived in Leysin-doesn’t he operate a ski school there now? Do you have alumni get togethers – let me know.

I worked in the bar at the Vag 1963 to 1965. Just found this site. Sorry to hear about Allan,we exchanged a lot of stories. Wondering how Carrol was? Many many fond memories of the Vag.
